The FIT EDIH launch conference will take place on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at Sala Parc in the Lux Divina Complex in Brașov. The conference will start with a high-level panel, will be followed by the inauguration ceremony of the international INTEK fair and will continue with two distinct tracks of workshops dedicated to the themes of Smart Cities/ Mobility/ e-Government and Industry 4.0 .

Open Innovation Camp (OIC) – Sala Park

Participants: by registration, maximum 50 people, public administration, IT, multinationals, startups, research

Description: The Open Innovation Camp two-day workshop is a public co-creation laboratory during which students will identify problems at the local level from the point of view of the digitalization of public services and generate possible solutions to address them. The development of mechanisms and ideation procedures in the field of public policies for Open Innovation Camp Brașov will be inspired by the Innovation Camp Methodology Handbook and Aalto Camp for Social Innovation methodologies.

Prior to joining EIT Urban Mobility, Dr. Urban was an active investor, board member and advisor to SME's and start-ups, combined with academic teaching and research activities. He is a member of several committees and working groups with focus on Municipal questions.
